All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For the informative display of prices in other currencies the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used.

The amount that will be charged to Your payment card will be made through conversion into Your local currency at the rate used by credit card organizations, and which is not known to us at the time of the transaction. To order products from online store, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Finding the product you wish to buy

  7. Finding the products you wish to buy
    When you find a product you wish to order, select  the „Add to Cart“ button. Doing so, you have put the product in your cart ( same as in the classic store ). Next, you can freely continue browsing products and adding more products to the cart.
  1. Cart
    After you have finished adding products to the cart and you wish to order them, select the „Cart“ option. On the cart page, all products that you have put in it are shown. Once in the cart, you can specify how many pieces of one product you wish to order or, if you changed your mind about some of them, you can remove the product from the cart.
    The cart is the starting point in the creation of the purchase order. When you are satisfied with the content of your cart, proceed to the next step.
  1. Entering customer data and place of delivery
    In this step, you need to provide customer data and the address where the package is to be delivered. Customer data are data which will be listed on the invoice and sent to you along with the shipment.  In case you are purchasing as a natural person, please give the information as stated in your ID card as the information about the customer. In case you are ordering as a legal entity (firm), please provide valid company information.
    Place of delivery data is data where you want us to send the shipment. Please provide all data as precisely as possible so that the couriers who deliver shipments can easily find you. In case of incorrectly entered data, your shipment might be returned and delivered with a delay.

    Next, You will see the method by which your shipment will be delivered ( courier service, free delivery etc. )

    In this step, you need to choose how you wish to pay for the ordered products. supports the following payment methods:
    – Visa, MasterCard and Maestro payment card ( online payment )
    – cash on delivery ( for deliveries on the territory of the Republic of Serbia )
  2. Reviewing and confirming the order
    Finally, before you confirm the purchase order, you can take another look at all of its details: what you ordered, customer data, delivery address, when it will be delivered, the costs of delivery, what is the total price etc.
    If you agree with the purchase order, select the „Confirm“ option by which it is finalized. Automatically with the purchase order confirmation, a review of the purchase order and instructions for payment are sent to your registration email.

II PAYMENT supports the following payment methods:

– By payment card ( online paying )
If you own a Visa, MasterCard or Maestro payment card approved by the online issuing bank, select this payment method. Once you confirm the purchase order, you will be redirected to the Banca Intesa bank website. On the website of the bank, you enter the data from the payment card and make the  payment. If the transaction is successful, you will be returned to our website with a notification that the payment has been successfully completed. In the event that your payment failed, you will be returned to our website with a notification of unsuccessful payment and you will be able to repeat your payment or choose another method of payment.
For security reasons, your payment card information is visible only to Banca Intesa as a card processor. The bank`s website is protected and safe for this method of payment.

– Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery means paying the purchase order to the courier while claiming the shipment. Payment is made exclusively in cash. Only the shipments delivered on the territory of the Republic of Serbia can be paid by cash on delivery.


For the territory of the Republic of Serbia ( excluding Kosovo )

Delivery of products ordered from the purchase order is done upon recording Your purchase order or payment ( depending on whether you chose to pay by cash on delivery or by online payment ). Delivery of the shipments is carried out by a courier service on the territory of Serbia. Delivery costs are free of charge, delivery costs are borne by Caromed doo. Orders received until 13h will be delivered the next day, while the shipments ordered after 13h will be delivered to you the day after. If you order products on Friday after 1 pm, they will be delivered to you on Tuesday.

For abroad

Delivery of products ordered from the purchase order is done upon recording Your purchase order. Delivery of the shipments is performed by a postal postexport service. Delivery costs are not charged, delivery costs are borne by Caromed doo. The time frame for which the shipment will be delivered to you is 7-14 days.


Consumer can make a consumer complaint on goods purchased via Carnomed doo internet store verbally at the premises of Carnomed doo at the address  Radnička 14, Novi Sad, by phone, in writing, by use of electronic means ( e-mail ) exclusively with the submission of proof of purchase. Carnomed doo is obliged to respond to the consumer on the stated complaint in writing or electronically, without delay, and the latest in 8 days from the receipt of the consumer complaint,. The response of Carnomed doo to the consumer complaint must contain a decision whether or not the complaint is accepted, the declaration of the consumers request and a specific proposal and a deadline for resolving the claim which can not be longer than 15 days. If, for objective reasons, Carnomed doo is not able to meet the consumer’s request within the specified deadline, it is obliged to inform the consumer about the extension of the deadline for resolving the complaint and to specify the deadline in which it will be resolved, as well as to obtain its consent, which is obliged to register in the records of received complaints. Extension of the deadline for the resolving the complaints is possible only once. The consumer who informed Carnomed doo about the non-conformity of the goods, has the right to demand from Carnomed doo to remedy the non-conformity free of charge, by a replacement, ie to demand appropriate reduction of the price or to terminate the contract ie to demand a refund.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance, or goods purchased through Carnomed doo website, by signing a contract waiver statement that is available on Carnomed doo website and from where the consumer can obtain it. The waiver statement will be timely if it is sent within 14 days ( without stating the reasons and additional expenses) from the date of the receipt of the goods. Carnomed doo is obliged to refund the payments it has received from consumers, within 14 days from the day it received the contract waiver statement. The consumer is obliged to return the goods to Carnomed doo without delay, and the latest within 14 days  from the day of sending the waiver statement.

Carnomed doo is responsible for the non-conformity of the goods in the contract that occurs within two years from the date of the transfer of the risk to the consumer. If non-conformity occurs within six months from the date of risk transfer to the consumer, it is assumed that non-conformity existed at the time of risk transfer unless it is contrary to the nature of the goods and the nature of certain non-conformity and the elimination of non-conformity is possible with the explicit consent of the consumer.

The consumer is obliged to comply with all instructions contained in the declaration regarding the proper use of the product, its maintenance etc.

The consumer has no right to a complaint if the product lack is caused by his own fault, by physical and chemical damage during the use of the product or improper maintenance of the goods.

During the receipt of the complaint by the consumer who purchased the goods through the Carnomed doo website, the person authorized to receive complaints in the record of received complaints inserts the following data and issues the consumer’s complaint sheet with the following data:

Applicant data and the date of receipt of the complaint;

Data on goods ( name, article number, price )

A brief description of the non-conformity and the claim from the complaint;

Date of issuing the confirmation about the receipt of the complaint;

The decision on the response to the consumer,

Date of delivery of that decision,

Contracted appropriate deadline for settlement agreed by the consumer;

The manner and date of resolving the complaint,

As well as information on extending the deadline for resolving the complaint.

The complaint is submitted verbally or in writing within the working hours at the Carnomed doo retail store or electronically by sending it to The person authorized for receiving complaints enters all the information about the received complaints, as well as the manner of their settlement, in the Book of Records of customer complaints which is conducted electronically. The person authorized for receiving complaints is obliged to receive the complaint and immediately forward it to the Person responsible for the RESOLUTION of complaints which decides on the complaint in order to continue the procedure. The person responsible for resolving complaints decides about the complaint immediately and at the latest within 8 ( eight ) days from the receipt of the complaint. The authorized person informs the consumer about the decision on the complaint in writing, by sending a notification electronically.

Transport expenses incurred on the basis of the complaint are borne by Carnomed doo.

The received complaint is reviewed by the Person responsible for resolving complaints, which makes a decision on the merit of the complaint immediately, and the latest within 8 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.

The person responsible for resolving complaints can make a decision:

To eliminate the defect on the product with the consent of the customer or

To replace the purchased goods with new or similar or

To return the paid amount to the customer according to the fiscal receipt



In the event of the return of goods and the repayment of funds to a customer who has previously paid by using some of the payment cards or by any other means of payment ( cash by delivery to a courier service or through an account ), partially or in whole, and regardless of the reason for the return, Carnomed doo is obliged to make a refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will make a refund at the request of the seller, on the account of the card user. The merchant is obliged to repay the payment received from the consumer immediately, including the costs of delivery, and at the latest within 14 days from the day he received the waiver form.

The merchant may delay a refund until it receives the goods that are returned or until the consumer provides evidence that he had sent the goods to the merchant. The merchant makes a refund using the same means of payment that the consumer used in the original transaction, unless the consumer explicitly agreed with the use of another means of payment and under conditions that the consumer is not incurring any costs due to such a refund.



In some cases, when a certain product is missing or you did not receive the appropriate product, we are not able to resolve it after signing up for the cash on delivery of the package.

During the return of the goods, it is obligatory to return it in the correct and unused condition and in original undamaged packaging. Otherwise, we will not accept the package.
